Welcome to Magical Greens Farm (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.magicalgreensfarm.com, and any purchases or subscriptions made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Business Overview

Magical Greens Farm is a veteran-owned indoor farm based in Northeast Pennsylvania. We grow and deliver fresh microgreens and mushrooms (coming soon) to customers throughout the NEPA area.

Our produce is typically delivered within 24 hours of harvest and intended for personal consumption only.

2. Service Area

We currently only deliver within the Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) region. Orders placed outside our local delivery area will be canceled and refunded.

3. Delivery Fees

• The standard delivery fee is $5 for our local area.

• For extended areas around Avoca, delivery is $8.

• This fee is waived on orders of $25 or more.

We strive to make all deliveries within 24 hours of harvest. Occasionally, next-day delivery may occur due to harvest timing or weather conditions.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website using approved payment methods.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

• Promotional or discount codes may have expiration dates or limitations.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your chosen plan.

• Subscribers can cancel anytime, but please allow at least 10 days’ notice as your vegetables are grown specifically for you.

• You may also skip or modify upcoming deliveries before the next billing cycle.

• Subscription cancellations take effect after the current paid period ends.

6. Crop Failure Policy

While we maintain rigorous standards and carefully manage each crop, farming is still a living process.

• In the rare event of a crop failure, we will notify you promptly and you will not be charged for that item or delivery.

• We will never intentionally deliver any product that fails to meet our strict quality standards.

• We are deeply committed to transparency and will always communicate openly if an issue arises.

7. Delivery & Pickup

• Deliveries are typically made within 24 hours of harvest, though next-day delivery may occasionally occur.

• A valid address and accessible drop-off location are required.

• If no one is available to receive the order, we are not responsible for spoilage due to delays in pickup.

8. Product Quality & Handling

• Our products are perishable and should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

• Consume microgreens within 7–10 days for best freshness.

• We cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered.

• If a product arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours at Support@magicalgreensfarm.com with photos for a replacement or credit.

9. Refunds

• Orders canceled before harvest will receive a full refund.

• Orders canceled after harvest or in transit are not refundable due to product perishability.

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Allergens & Health Disclaimer

Microgreens are fresh produce and may vary naturally. Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should consult a healthcare provider before consuming.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and text on this site are property of Magical Greens Farm and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Magical Greens Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delays, or access to our website.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link coming soon).
