Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Magical Greens Farm! We take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality microgreens grown right here in Northeast Pennsylvania. Because our products are perishable and grown to order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring food safety.

1. Perishable Goods

Our microgreens and other fresh produce are grown to order and perishable. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before harvest for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after harvest or during delivery are not refundable, as products have already been prepared specifically for you.

  • Subscription customers may cancel anytime, but please allow 10 days’ notice to prevent unnecessary crop production.

3. Quality Guarantee & Crop Failures

We hold ourselves to the highest quality standards. If a product fails to meet our expectations or there is a crop issue:

  • You will be notified immediately of any delay or failure.

  • You will not be charged for the affected product or delivery.

  • We will never intentionally deliver a product that doesn’t meet our standards.

We are very experienced in managing the delicate growing process, and we will always communicate openly and promptly if something unexpected occurs.

4. Damaged or Spoiled Products

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory:

  1. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@magicalgreensfarm.com.

  2. Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

  3. After review, we will issue a replacement or credit for the affected item.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Our standard delivery fee is $5 for local deliveries and $8 for extended areas around Avoca.

  • Delivery fees are waived on orders of $25 or more.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
